1. Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

2. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Time & Costs

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value.

Total Shipping Time: This is the combination of Processing Time (1–3 days) + Transit Time. In total, you can expect your package to arrive within 6–11 business days for Standard Shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you do not receive your package within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@knitvista.com.

5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. KnitVista is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivery confirmation.
