1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and unwashed).
• In its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized handcrafted products (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
• Items marked as Final Sale or gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@knitvista.com with your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the item (especially if damaged or defective).
2. Review & Approval: Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
3. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return address on the parcel without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective craftsmanship), KnitVista will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or send a replacement free of charge.
• Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, color choice, or change of mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
• Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@knitvista.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer/bank policy.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@knitvista.com.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
